Peace & Quiet

I just gave Jolie to Todd's mom for 3 whole nights of peace & quiet! I'm looking forward to putting up the toys for a few days and watching them stay in their place. I love her, but the break will be nice. I don't think sweet little Sarah knows what to do without her & if I'm honest, neither do I :)

Our little climber

I found Sarah climbing in her room yesterday! You forget how much work a little one can be :) I didn't even know she could get in this chair much less actually reach the lamp on the table. I guess I'm going to have to be even more aware of exactly where she is in the house. Her birthday is just a month away - CRAZY!

Developing a sense of style

Jolie made a special request earlier this week when I was fixing her hair: one ponytail & one braid. It sounded a little funny to me, but I figured it was better than having her hair down in a knotted mess. She is definitely developing her own sense of style. She often reminds me of my sister & this definitely looks like something she would have requested if she had thought of it :) The people who saw it really got a kick out of it!
